Founded in 1996. Conceived as the hub of a New Renaissance, the T. F. Chen Cultural Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to promote Dr. T. F. Chen's vision of a Global New Renaissance in Love, focusing on East - West Cultural Exchange and the advancement of art, education, and culture.
